What's included each month?
You will receive 2x bellwell greeting cards + matching white envelopes. Each card is A2 size, blank inside, and printed on heavyweight paper. Some months may include bonus items or seasonal designs!!
Can I pick which two cards I'm getting?
Bellwell picks the cards every month. Each month will have new cards and they will correspond with the seasons, events and holidays coming up.
When will I get charged each month?
You’ll be billed monthly on your signup date. For example, if you signed up on the 3rd, you will be charged each month on the 3rd.
How much is shipping?
FREE shipping!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, bellwell cards are only shipped in the US at this time.
I just signed up - which month's drop am I getting?
Join by the 1st to receive that month’s Mail Club. Orders placed after the 1st will receive the following month’s drop.
For Example:
If you join on April 3, your first delivery will be the May Mail Club, and you’ll be billed monthly starting on April 3.
Help! I haven't received my cards yet.
All orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail, no tracking will be provided. Please have patience as it can take 7-10 business days for them to be delivered. If your cards aren't delivered by the end of the month, please reach out to isabella@bellwell.co.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address anytime through your customer account:
- Sign in to your account at bellwell.co/account
- Click Subscriptions
- Select your Mail Club subscription
- Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Shipping address
- Make your changes and click Save
Your updated address will apply to all future shipments. If you need help, contact isabella@bellwell.co.
How do I change my billing info?
You can update your payment method anytime through your customer account:
- Sign in to your account at bellwell.co/account
- Click Subscriptions
- Select your Mail Club subscription
- Under Overview, click the pencil icon next to Payment
- Select an existing payment method or click Edit > Add to add a new card or digital wallet
- Click Save

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your subscription management portal. Check your confirmation email for the “Manage Subscription” link, each customer has a unique link. From there, you can cancel or update your subscription. If you can’t find it, email isabella@bellwell.co and we’ll help. Please make sure to cancel before your next charge.
How do I gift a subscription?
There is no way to purchase multiple subscriptions in a single transaction. If you’d like to purchase yourself a subscription, as well as additional gift subscriptions, please make separate transactions and ensure you enter the correct shipping address for the gift subscriptions.
