What is the return/exchange policy?
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once products have shipped. We accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made to (email) within 5 business days of product being delivered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your goodies every step of the way. If you have any issues please reach out via the contact form with your order number.
What do I do if my order is damaged or missing?
Contact isabella@bellwell.co right away. I'll make sure it gets replaced or resolved quickly.

Do you create custom cards?
